● Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies, attracting high-quality doctors who

● Manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing and screening top talent
to shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and ensuring seamless offer negotiations.

● Support doctors through their hiring journey, ensuring a smooth onboarding process as
they step into roles where they can truly impact patient care.

● Drive Hexa Health’s growth directly by recruiting exceptional medical talent, with every
successful placement contributing to our mission of improving healthcare delivery.
