Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Strategy & Planning
Develop annual L&D strategy aligned to business objectives
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Create competency frameworks and skill development plans
2. Program Design & Delivery
Design leadership, behavioral, functional, and compliance training
Manage ILT, VILT, eLearning, digita l and blended programs
Ensure high-quality learning experiences
3. Team & Vendor Management
Lead internal L&D team (trainers, coordinators, instructional designers)
Manage external training partners and consultants
Oversee training calendars and logistics
4. Performance & Capability Development
Support succession planning and leadership pipelines
Drive employee development initiatives
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders
Technical/Functional Skills
Strong expertise in –
Facilitation (in person & virtual)
Instructional design & content development
Program & Project management
Education & Experience
Post Graduate qualification in HR, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
6 – 10 years of experience in Learning & Development with:
Significant experience in program management
Familiarity with Workday/LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning ecosystems
