ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
Minimum Eligibility and

Qualifications:

Master’s degree with First Class or equivalent. NET / SET in relevant discipline.  (NET / SET exempted for PhD candidates)

Desirable Qualifications (Domain Wise)
Marketing
PhD awarded or near completion   in Marketing / Management (Marketing) / Business Administration from premier institutions.
Industry exposure   in marketing strategy, brand management, digital marketing, market research, sales, or consulting.
Professional certifications   or hands-on expertise in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, CRM, Consumer Insights, or related tools/platforms.
Domain Expertise   – Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, Brand Management, Digital and Social Media Marketing, Marketing Analytics and Research Methods, Sales and Distribution Management.

Finance
PhD awarded or near completion   in Finance / Accounting / Banking / Financial Economics from premier institutions.
Relevant   industry exposure   in banking, financial services, corporate finance, investment management, fintech, or management consulting.
Professional certifications   such as CFA (Level I/II/III), FRM, CA, CPA, or demonstrated expertise in advanced financial modelling and analytics.
Domain Expertise   – Corporate Finance and Valuation, Financial Markets and Institutions, Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management, Management Accounting and Financial Reporting, Risk Management, Fin Tech, and Financial Analytics.

Economics
PhD awarded or near completion   in Economics / Applied Economics / Development Economics / Financial Economics from premier institutions.
Research and/or policy exposure   in areas such as economic analysis, public policy, international organizations, think tanks, or consulting.
Strong quantitative and econometric skills  ; experience with statistical and analytical tools (Stata, R, Python, EViews, etc.) will be an advantage.
Domain Expertise   – Microeconomics and Macroeconomics, Econometrics and Data Analysis, Development and Public Economics, International Economics, Monetary and Fiscal Policy, and Applied Economic Research.

PROFESSOR
Minimum Eligibility and

Qualifications:

PhD   in Management/Commerce/Economics and allied discipline from reputed universities and   Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline with first class   or equivalent.
Minimum 10 publications   in SCI / SCOPUS / WOS / ABDC(A*/A/B) listed journals. Evidence of   at least one PhD candidate defence completed   under doctoral supervision.
Minimum 10 years full time teaching, research or industrial experience   of which   minimum three years at Associate Professor   level or equivalent.
Desired Qualification
Proven record of providing strong academic leadership, including active involvement in curriculum development, academic planning, and the successful introduction of new academic programmes.
Excellent publication record with good research impact reflected through citations, indexing, and scholarly recognition at national and international levels.

Experience of projects funded by Government / CSIR / ICSSR / any other recognized body.
Patents Published and Granted from national/international funding organizations.
Track record of MDP/ Consultancy/ and other outreach activities such as organizing conferences, FDP and workshops.
