The Associate Director / Director – Student Experience will own and elevate the complete learner journey across assigned programs — from pre-onboarding and induction to graduation and alumni transition. This is a high-ownership, execution-intensive leadership role with full accountability for student experience, engagement, retention, and program outcomes.

The role demands a systems thinker and operator who can build scalable processes, align cross-functional stakeholders, and continuously enhance experience benchmarks in a fast-growing, high-performance academic environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Ownership of the Student Journey
Own the complete lifecycle of assigned cohorts — onboarding, orientation, academic delivery support, assessments, internships/projects, and program completion.
Drive measurable outcomes across retention, NPS, student satisfaction, and academic progression.
Act as the escalation point for critical student concerns and ensure timely, high-quality resolution.

2. Build & Scale Experience Systems
Design and implement structured frameworks that deliver a consistently exceptional experience across cohorts and programs.
Standardize best practices across onboarding, communication, feedback collection, student engagement, and milestone tracking.
Leverage technology, automation, and dashboards to ensure scalable and repeatable excellence.

3. Single-Threaded Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
Serve as the central program owner coordinating Academics, Operations, Admissions/Sales, Career Services, and Faculty.
Ensure seamless handoffs from admissions to program delivery.
Conduct regular cadence reviews to anticipate risks and eliminate execution gaps.

4. Data-Driven Continuous Improvement
Track and analyze key engagement and satisfaction metrics.
Run structured experiments to improve classroom experience, engagement formats, mentorship models, and communication practices.
Present actionable insights to leadership and translate data into operational improvements.
