Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Planning & Delivery:
Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum for Computers.
Deliver engaging lectures and interactive sessions that enhance students' understanding.
Incorporate various teaching methods and project-based learning to enrich the learning experience.
2. Assessment & Evaluation:
Design and administer regular assessments, assignments, and exams to monitor and evaluate student progress.
Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their academic performance.
Prepare students thoroughly for CBSE board exams.
3. Classroom Management:
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
Address student concerns and provide individual attention where necessary.
4. Professional Development:
Participate in professional development workshops, seminars, and conferences to continuously improve teaching practices.
5. Parent & Community Engagement:
Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding student performance and progress.
Engage with the school community through events, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.
