Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a USA Applications for Universities & Admissions Coach based in Gurugram. The coach will work closely with students to assist them in planning, preparing, and completing their university applications for leading U.S. institutions. Key responsibilities include providing guidance on college selection, application essay reviews, developing strategies tailored to each student's profile, offering continuous support, and troubleshooting any application-related issues.
Collaboration with team members to enhance student outcomes is an essential aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate student profiles holistically to identify strengths and opportunities.
- Proficiency in providing effective application support and managing detailed application processes.
- Expertise in troubleshooting application challenges and adapting strategies to individual student needs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and provide constructive feedback.
- Experience in technical support related to application systems and tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with international university admission processes, particularly in the U.S., is highly desirable.
- Educational background in counseling, education, or a related field is preferred.
