Responsibilities:
Research & Information Gathering
Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, instructional design methodologies, behavioural skills, and functional competencies.
Benchmark best learning practices from top organisations to improve training strategy and content quality.
Training Content Development
Design training modules, workbooks, case studies, assessments, and microlearning content.
Apply instructional frameworks (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.) to create structured and engaging learning materials.
Develop quizzes, learner activities, and evaluation tools aligned with defined learning outcomes.
Curriculum & Learning Pathways
Assist in building and maintaining role-based learning journeys and capability frameworks.
Update and optimise existing content based on new research, stakeholder feedback, and changing organisational needs.
Facilitation Support & Enablement
Prepare facilitator guides, session decks, and training toolkits for seamless delivery.
Work closely with trainers, SMEs, and internal teams to convert expertise into well-structured content.
Content Quality & Documentation
Ensure all learning content is accurate, clear, consistent, and visually coherent.
Maintain organised documentation, version control, and content libraries.
Learning Effectiveness & Improvements
Analyse learner feedback, assessment data, and session outcomes to improve content structure and effectiveness.
Update and refresh learning materials based on performance gaps and evolving business requirements.
Skills Required:
Minimum 2+ years experience in Instructional Design, L&D content creation, or Curriculum Development.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office (7/10).
Strong written communication and content structuring skills.
Basic design capability using Slides, Canva, or Figma.
High learnability and strong attention to detail.
Good to Have’s:
- Exposure to instructional design tools or LMS platforms.
Understanding of adult learning principles, behavioural skills, or competency models.
Experience assisting live training sessions or drafting facilitator materials.
