Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and sharp  Career Services Expert  to guide our undergraduate students in exploring opportunities in financial advisory, entrepreneurship, management, consulting, and other career paths.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage corporate partnerships to ensure consistent internship and placement opportunities.
Identify and onboard relevant companies aligned with student profiles and institutional goals.
Guide students through career counseling, networking, resume building, and interview preparation.
Design and deliver placement readiness programs, mentorship initiatives, and learning sessions.
Supervise career clubs, events, and leadership activities.
Foster strong relationships with industry leaders, parents, and key stakeholders.
Track student progress, identify skill gaps, and implement strategies to improve placement outcomes.
Match student profiles with job requirements and coordinate interview processes.
