FULL-TIME SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER (IN-OFFICE) - Gurgaon

MUST HAVE PAST DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY EXPERIENCE AS A SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER -  PORTFOLIO REQUIRED (MUST)

Role Description & Responsibilities
3-5 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer
Design high-converting Ad Creatives  for Facebook and Instagram Ad campaigns
Produce  static, carousel, and story/reel  ad formats optimized for performance
Manage  multiple client projects  simultaneously across different industries
Skilled in  color grading  and image enhancement for social media content
Proficiency in  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
Understanding of ad specs, platform guidelines, and performance creative principles
Ability to juggle multiple briefs & meet tight deadlines

Experience with  video/motion graphics  for Reels and Stories
Design & create marketing collateral —  brochures, flyers, banners, email headers, landing page visuals
Experiment with new  design trends, styles, and formats  to keep client content ahead of the curve
Organise and maintain a clean, structured file management system for all assets
Take and implement feedback efficiently with quick turnaround times
Strong eye for typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
Willingness to always learn — new tools, new trends, new creative formats
