Senior Motion Graphic Designer

Job Responsibilities
Video Editing:
Edit a wide range of video content including marketing videos, webinars, event recordings, AI-generated videos, and social media assets, while maintaining high production and brand standards.
AI-Driven Video Creation:
Leverage AI tools to enhance video quality, optimize workflows, and scale video production efficiently.
Post-Production Excellence:
Transform raw footage into engaging, impactful videos aligned with project objectives and stakeholder requirements.
Audio Editing:
Edit and mix dialogue, background music, and sound effects to ensure clear, balanced, and high quality audio output.
On-Ground Shoots:
Handle camera operations and capture footage when required for internal or external video content.
Technical Execution:
Use advanced video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to refine visual storytelling. Create and edit supporting visuals using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
Project Ownership & Reporting:
Manage the end-to-end video production lifecycle—from concept, storyboarding, and editing to final delivery. Share insights on video performance and engagement where applicable.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all video assets meet internal quality benchmarks and comply with brand guidelines.
Asset Management:
Maintain a well-organized library of video files and design assets for easy retrieval and long-term use.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, design, content, and other cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive visual narratives.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and technologies—especially in AI-powered video creation and motion design.
Required Skills
Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
Proficiency in graphic design tools within Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Hands-on experience with AI tools for video creation, enhancement, or optimization.
Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, composition, motion, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
A proactive, creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and quality.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Multimedia, Technology, or a related field
4+ years of hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics, supported by a strong and diverse portfolio.
