JOB SUMMARY:

- The individual is responsible for the overall creative delivery and accountability for the assigned account(s).
- Individual will direct the activities of subordinates to maintain the agency’s standards of creative excellence, timeliness, while achieving the clients’ goals.
- Working closely with Art Team to visualize ideas.
- Collaborate with internal partners to interpret project briefs and develop relevant concepts into content
- S/he will ensure the timely development and execution of plan, campaigns, and projects to assure earnings, growth, and profit goals are achieved.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ideal candidates will be ideating the Concept / Campaign / Creative route. Brings strong creative point of view as well as extensive experience in incorporating brand strategy into campaign concepts.
- Brainstorm and bring ideas to life alongside an art director within the creative department.
- Use client briefs to conceive, develop and produce effective advertising campaigns.
- Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for digital platforms. These include slogans, catchphrases, messages, scripts, and tagline
- Work on proactive ideas that put both the brand and the agency on the map.
- Great ideas sometimes don’t need briefs. Pitch, own and see through proactive ideas that can put the agency on the map.
- Ability to lead a diverse team of creative disciplines from Art Direction, Copywriting, Design, User-Experience, Visual Design and Creative Technology.
- Ability to present the agency's creative credentials and design approach to prospective clients. Help identify and expand opportunities for creative excellence within our existing account portfolio.
- Establishes best practices and processes for creative development and ensure quality is monitored.
- Presents and defends creative decisions to executive leadership and clients. Understands how to sell good work.
- Inspire both internal and external teams with innovative creative that’s rooted in business strategy, data, and design thinking.
- Promote collaboration in a rapid development and prototyping environment where effective communication is paramount.
- Establishes and fosters a creative culture aligned to the agency business objectives that enable world-class creative development.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

Calling all Gen Z writers currently pursuing BMM, BMS (Media), Mass Comm, or any creative course that lets them tell stories, crack punchlines, and get a strong understanding of the digital landscape.

Someone well-versed in memes, reels, and writing captions that are engaging and funnier than their friends’ group chats. If you can think in brand tones and Instagram trends, we need you!
