Role Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their wedding journey
Handle client queries, concerns, and complaints via calls, Whats App, and email
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery
Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction at every stage
Experience with wedding photography companies or in the wedding/events industry will be a plus
