We are looking for a Group Head (Copy) with a commanding understanding of how powerful copy drives client success. The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking, creative leadership, and the ability to generate exceptional copy across every brief. A strong grasp of the evolving digital landscape and trends is essential, paired with an unwavering commitment to delivering sharp, impactful work that elevates campaigns and brand narratives.
Role
Own and fulfill all copy requirements for Perfetti Van Melle on a day-to-day basis
Take complete ownership of copy briefs, understanding client requirements, interpreting brand intent, and cascading direction to the larger team when required
Collaborate closely with the ACD Copy to align on creative vision, co-lead ideation, and ensure consistency in output quality across the account
Develop forward-thinking creative strategies that are in step with current and emerging media trends
Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives and craft strategies to achieve them effectively
Champion fresh, bold ideas and push the client toward exciting, progressive communication
Serve as a key point of contact for the client, building and nurturing a strong working relationship
Ensure timely delivery across all projects and maintain accurate timesheets and reports

Proactively identifies opportunities for the brand to engage in relevant, timely conversations on social
Reviews and elevates copy produced by team members, offering clear and constructive feedback
Manages multiple projects simultaneously with seamless transitions between priorities
