ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life across static and motion formats. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating high-quality JPG creatives and MP4 videos, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role requires someone who can think creatively on their feet, quickly understand and assimilate briefs, and translate them into compelling visual stories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design high-impact static creatives (JPG) for digital, social, performance marketing, and website use.
Create engaging video content (MP4) for ads, reels, product showcases, and brand storytelling.
Translate marketing briefs into strong visual concepts with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to ensure visual consistency.
Maintain brand guidelines while experimenting with fresh creative approaches.
Deliver creatives within tight timelines without compromising on quality.
Optimize creatives based on platform requirements (Meta, Google, You Tube, etc.).

MUST HAVE SKILL:
Strong proficiency in  Adobe Photoshop  and  Adobe Illustrator .
Hands-on experience in  Adobe Premiere Pro  for video editing.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
Ability to create both static and motion creatives independently.
Quick turnaround capability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to understand, interpret, and execute briefs effectively.

NICE TO HAVE

SKILLS:

Working knowledge of  Adobe After Effects  (motion graphics is a strong plus).
Basic animation and motion design skills. Understanding of performance marketing creative formats.

Experience with brand storytelling and content-led campaigns.
Familiarity with social media trends and short-form video formats.
