About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized  Production Manager/ Co-ordinator  to join our animation studio. This role is key to ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards.
As the  bridge between creative and operational teams , the Production Manager will oversee scheduling, resource planning, team coordination, and pipeline management across departments — from pre-production to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and track detailed production schedules for animated films and series
Coordinate across departments: storyboarding, design, modeling, animation, lighting, compositing, and post-production
Manage internal teams and external vendors/freelancers to ensure timely delivery of assets
Monitor daily progress, flag risks, and resolve bottlenecks
Ensure proper workflow and pipeline adherence across all production phases
Facilitate regular production meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders
Collaborate with directors, creative leads, and technical supervisors to support artistic and technical goals
Track project budgets, approve timesheets, and manage resource allocation
Maintain project documentation and production reports

Qualifications & Skills:

5+ years of experience in production management or coordination in animation, VFX, or post-production
Deep understanding of animation pipelines and workflows (2D and/or 3D)
Proficient in production management tools like Shot Grid, or similar
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Calm under pressure, solution-driven, and highly proactive
Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and reporting processes
Background in film, animation, media production, or a related field

Nice to Have:
Experience working on long-form animation projects or feature films
Knowledge of industry-standard creative software (Maya, Blender, Unreal, Adobe Suite, etc.)
