Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Brand & Visual Designer based in Gurugram. The Brand & Visual Designer will be responsible for creating compelling and effective visuals that align with brand strategies, enhance user experiences, and communicate complex ideas with clarity. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics and branding materials, developing visual identities, creating impactful designs for digital and print platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency.

The role includes brainstorming with creative teams to align design with the company’s values and client objectives.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of professional design experience
- Bachelor's and/or master’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of legibility, spacing, hierarchy, and visual clarity
- Comfort working across both digital and physical design formats
- Ability to simplify complex ideas without losing meaning
- A mindset that sees design as a business-level capability, not just a visual output
- Tools:
Adobe creative suite, Figma, Canva, Google slides.
- Eagerness to explore AI.

What You Will Do:

This role is hands-on, end-to-end, and design-focused. You will work on:

- Website graphics, blogs, wallpapers, and digital brand assets
- Mockups and visual simulations for ideas and concepts
- Packaging design and physical brand applications
- End-to-end branding assets across multiple touchpoints
- Translating complex information, frameworks, and data into clear, structured, and easily understandable visuals.
- Designing structured, legible presentations that support storytelling, decision-making, and leadership communication.
- Using custom illustrations to simplify concepts, add clarity, and enhance narrative without compromising structure.

Based on experience and interview performance
