- Executive Assistant to CEO
Level: Associate level (NOT Considering Senior Profiles)

About the Role:
We are looking for a high-ownership, street-smart operator to join the Founder’s Office , working directly with the CEO. This is a multi-faceted role combining Executive Assistant responsibilities , project management , and CEO personal brand & social media execution .
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments , is tech-savvy , and enjoys balancing structure with speed .
Key Responsibilities:
Founder & CEO Support
- Manage CEO’s calendar, priorities, meetings, and follow-ups
Prepare briefs, notes, decks, and internal communication
Act as a trusted gatekeeper and execution partner to the CEO
Founder’s Office & Project Management
Own and drive cross-functional projects from idea to execution
Track deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder alignment
Follow up rigorously with internal teams and external partners
CEO Personal Brand & Social Media
Manage and execute CEO’s Linked In and social media presence
Translate ideas, thoughts, and conversations into high-impact content
Coordinate posts, engagement, analytics, and content calendars
Tech, Tools & Systems
Use and optimize tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Linked In, Canva, project management tools, CRMs, AI tools, etc.
Build systems, SOPs, and dashboards for efficiency and scale
What We’re Looking For:
3–6 years of experience in Founder’s Office / EA to CEO / Chief of Staff / Ops / Brand roles
Strong exposure to social media (especially Linked In) and content execution
Excellent project management & multitasking skills
Tech-savvy, quick learner, and process-oriented
Highly street-smart, business-minded, and execution-focused
Strong communication, discretion, and stakeholder management skills
