Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Co-Founder in day-to-day operations. This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports, handling communication, and providing high-level administrative support. Additionally, the role involves ensuring timely execution of tasks, managing confidential information, and assisting in organizational projects as necessary.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to manage schedules, meetings, and other critical tasks efficiently.
Experience with preparing and managing Expense Reports and providing reliable Executive Support.
Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive information and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in a similar role, especially supporting senior executives, is an advantage.
