Key Responsibilities
Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and set reminders
Draft and manage professional communication (email, Whats App, social media)
Maintain documents, spreadsheets, and organized digital folders
Coordinate tasks with internal and external teams
Assist in managing social media posts and online presence
Prepare meeting notes and follow-up tasks
Support in workshop, travel, and event planning
Provide customer/student support where required
Handle personal errands occasionally
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
