Scope of Work

Monthly GST return filing and quarterly TDS return filing
Daily accounting entries and transaction posting
Month-end accounting adjustments (prepaid, accruals, depreciation, etc.)
GST input and output reconciliation with books of accounts
Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliation
Bank reconciliation statements
Year-end audit support including vouching, verification, and reconciliation

Requirements

Strong accounting knowledge; the role goes beyond basic data entry and requires hands-on experience with accounting adjustments such as prepaid expenses, accruals, fixed asset accounting, depreciation, accrued income, interest, and month-end closure entries

Good proficiency in advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, etc. and able to work on large data files( with 10,000 line items)

Practical experience in filing statutory forms such as GST returns, ITR, and/or MCA forms (not mandatory to know all forms, but should be comfortable with filings and quick to learn new compliances)

CA Inter / CMA Inter qualification is mandatory with 3 years of experience

Knowledge of AS and basic knowledge of Ind AS understanding (Practical

Experience of Ind AS not required)

Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision

Salary Expectations:

- 40K-45K
