Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor based in Guntur. The Student Counselor will guide students in choosing appropriate academic paths, career options, and universities that align with their interests and aspirations. The primary responsibilities include providing career and educational counseling, assisting with university shortlisting, navigating admission and visa processes, and maintaining effective communication with students to address their queries.

Additionally, the role involves fostering strong relationships with students and families.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in making informed academic and career choices.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with students and their families.
Familiarity with the education system in countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, and Australia.
Ability to empower students with clear guidance and tailored program recommendations.
Experience in the education or study-abroad industry is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field.
A proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach to assisting students.
