Overview
The following statements reflect the general duties considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job as identified and shall not be considered as a detailed description of all the work requirements, which may be inherent in the position.
The FM technician is trained to help support patients and staff by maintaining and improving a safe and secure physical environment. Requires a basic knowledge of electric, plumbing, general maintenance, and light construction; as well as read and follow instructions, manuals, work orders and to document work completion. Ability to work hard, be responsible, reliable, have good people skills and be a team player.

EDUCATION:
High School Graduate or Equivalent.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Valid Alabama motor vehicle operator’s license that is not under suspension or revocation.
