Position: PRN Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Setting: Outpatient

Location: Guntersville, AL

• Provide physical therapy services to patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, including non-surgical and post-operative cases.
• Support a blended caseload with a mix of sport-specific rehabilitation, joint and spine management, and opportunities in neurologic, dizziness, and balance issues as applicable.
• Collaborate with a consistent therapist or therapist team through the patient’s treatment to ensure continuity of care.
• Engage in professional growth through specialty certifications and individualized development opportunities.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment that values patient-centered care, professional growth, and open feedback.

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license

• Review and discuss “components of a successful note” from Prediction Health
• Receive regular checkpoints, communication, and guidance through professional challenges
• Receive additional onboarding with online WebPT Tutorials
• Education and review of effective billing practices
• Front office tutorial
• Mentoring with owners of J&H reviewing mission/values
