• Prep and install the flooring in steps according to company procedures with high attention to detail and care
• Keep tools organized and clean and maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Understand the scope of work of the project before arrival and familiarize yourself with the project file
• Properly handle company machinery and power tools
• Use units of measurement and perform simple math calculations
• Interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner; be trustworthy and comfortable in a customer's home
• Ensure high quality company standards are met every time
• Work to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every aspect of the job

• 5 years in flooring installation
• Valid driver's license and a functioning vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift 50‑75 lbs repeatedly
• Position requires repetitive crouching, squatting, standing, walking and lifting
• Position travels to various work locations throughout the week
