As a Wireless Sales Pro you will connect shoppers with the wireless products and solutions they need, driving sales through hustle, creativity, and problem‑solving. We are hiring now.

• Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Start conversations proactively with Walmart customers.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to set up and activate new products.
• Maintain fully stocked and flawless planogram displays.

• Display a high‑energy personality and start conversations with shoppers.
• Show resilience and resourcefulness in a high‑traffic environment.
• Stay hungry to excel in an uncapped commission role.
• Provide fantastic service while displaying integrity.
• Stand/move for 8‑10 hour shifts.
• Maintain flexibility for peak times, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory; you must be driven to learn. Ongoing in‑store and online training will teach you everything needed about plans, services, devices, and promotions.
