Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Medical Sales Representative. The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling medical products to healthcare professionals, developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing customer service, and understanding the needs of medical professionals and patients. Day-to-day tasks will include reaching out to potential clients, conducting product presentations, and ensuring clients are informed about product details and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory or account growth plan.
  • Identify, target, and convert new accounts while expanding product or service adoption within existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders through communication, education, and follow-up.
  • Support training sessions, meetings, or presentations to build confidence in company offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities and strengthen engagement.
  • Provide reliable support during client interactions, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Accurately manage CRM updates, reports, and account tracking to ensure visibility and accuracy.
