Position: Account Executive (Sales)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts, managing client accounts, and fostering strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to negotiate effectively and identify market opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our clientele base.
  • Engage in warm calling to prospective clients, establishing rapport and understanding their needs.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate account information.
  • Conduct technical sales presentations to showcase our services effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and enhance account management strategies.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying upsell opportunities.
Requirements

Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a technical or business development role.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.

Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

A deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in order to drive successful outcomes.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all client interactions are documented accurately.
