As a Kitchen Manager, you will oversee food production and manage the Back-of-the-House operations, ensuring quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met using Golden Corral products, recipes, and systems. You will also be responsible for the restaurant’s overall operations, including food quality, safety, labor, and production in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.

• Strong, stable work history with management experience in high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurants.
• Education and training typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
