Shift supervisor, Restaurant​/Food Service

Location

Gulfport Memorial – 4500 13th Street, Gulfport, MS 39501 (online applications only)

Full‑time schedule; days and hours may vary, including nights and rotating weekends.

$15.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that all assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employees’ performance, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the primary contact for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging them to set goals and pursue advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum of 1 year of previous related experience preferred.
