We are seeking a reliable, jack-of-all-trades Groundskeeper & Light Maintenance Technician to maintain our property’s curb appeal and functional operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has a baseline understanding of building systems.

• Lawn & Landscape:
  Maintain all turf areas including mowing, precision edging, and string trimming.
• Property Cleanup:
  Power blow parking lots, walkways, and entryways to ensure a debris-free environment.
• Seasonal Maintenance:
  Trim trees and bushes; perform window washing and exterior glass cleaning.
• Light Maintenance:
  Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems (e.g., clearing clogs, changing filters, replacing light fixtures).
• General Support:
  Execute miscellaneous "handyman" tasks and property improvements as assigned by management.

• Proven experience in professional lawn care and landscape maintenance.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting building systems.
• Ability to operate power tools (mowers, blowers, trimmers) safely.
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

Salary:
Depends on experience. Must pass Background check and Drug test.
