Job DescriptionThe Patient Placement Nurse is responsible for facilitating patient access and triaging requests for placement of patients for services throughout the Memorial Hospital System; including the flow of patients through such areas as ED, procedural areas, Stone County campus, outside facilities, etc. into bedded units.
Required
Education:
Associate's Degree in Nursing or an LPN with a minimum of one year of acute care hospital experience
Required License: RN or LPN in the state of Mississippi or multi-state
Required Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care setting
