AI is democratizing NFL- and Ironman-level performance and longevity optimization through AI-powered Digital Twins. We integrate wearable data, biomarkers, medical records, and lifestyle signals into a unified AI system that mirrors the human body, predicts outcomes, and optimizes healthspan. We are seeking a Director of MLOps to be our lead implementation strategist for AI deployment. This is a hands-on "Architect-Builder" role focused on turning our proprietary models into a seamless, real-time production experience.

You will build the infrastructure that allows "Florence," our AI agent, to analyze 1.6M+ EHRs and deliver insights in under 10 seconds. You must be an entrepreneurial coder who can build the entire ML pipeline from scratch while deeply understanding the business and personal stakes of longevity.

• Own the production deployment of LLMs and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures to synthesize clinical research with user data

• Build and code autonomous AI agents capable of reading unstructured medical PDFs and flagging biological trends

• Design and maintain the CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, including model versioning, monitoring, and sub-10-second inference optimization

• Engineer the systems that allow our Digital Twins to evolve through longitudinal tuning as new user data and clinical studies emerge

• Partner with the Head of AI to ensure our AI moat is defensible, scalable, and clinically credible

• 5+ years of applied experience in MLOps or AI Engineering
• Hands-on Mastery: Expert in Python, Lang Chain/Llama Index, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate)
• Personal Mission Alignment: A demonstrable personal and business interest in AI-driven health and longevity
• Experience deploying containerized models (Docker/Kubernetes) in a production environment

• Experience with time-series analysis for physiological signals
• Startup experience where you built the entire AI deployment stack from the ground up
