This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gulfport, MS, where the Water Park Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the water park. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, implementing safety protocols, managing budgets, and maintaining the park’s facilities. The manager will also collaborate with the team to create an enjoyable and safe environment for guests, while driving operational efficiency and excellence across all areas of the park.

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, train, and motivate staff effectively.
• Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills to deliver a positive guest experience and manage team interactions.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to manage expenses and optimize resources effectively.
• Experience and knowledge in Recreation and leisure activities, particularly in a water park or similar environment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices relevant to water park operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for schedule management and operational planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in recreation management, hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a leadership role within the hospitality, recreation, or entertainment industries is a plus.
