High school diploma or GED

Required Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
None

Preferred Education:

Medical terminology course, college courses in health-related fields.

Preferred Experience:

Cardiac related experience, one year as a nursing assistant, EMT or similar medical experience.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
Knowledge of techniques required in providing basic patient care services. Good understanding of basis of asepsis and sterile technique to avoid infections of patient and self or contamination of equipment and supplies. Basic understanding of computer operations. Ability to use Microsoft:
Word, Access, Excel, Windows and Group Wise.
