RoleThe Role: Promotes guest relations, which include assisting the Hosts with guest information/reservations, maintaining the Player Development Hotel Block, and maintaining counts on all shows and Player Development Events/Promotions. Assist the Director of Player Development with extra credit adjustments and coupon loads.
Responsibilities- Knows and abides by Hard Rocks policies, procedures, internal controls and courtesy guidelines.
- Promotes and executes superior service by treating every guest and fellow Hard Rockers as you would wish to be treated.
- Maintains & continually updates knowledge of regulations set forth by the Mississippi Gaming Commission and the Mississippi State Tax Commission.
- Answers the telephone and books guest reservations for hotel rooms, shows, restaurants, and mass promotions per host and Player Development management request.
- Completes and delivers transportation, scooter, encore player cards and amenity request forms for guest reservations for per host and Player Development management request.
- Creates new Player accounts as requested/needed to complete reservations/bookings.
- Calls to confirm (or make) reservations for top players during holidays & special events.
- Completes daily ADT Calendar and T-Count reports.
- Completes weekend VIP Priority (Arrivals) reports.
- Maintains marketing boards with our promotions, events and shows.
- Assists in Player Development Special Events.
- Prints Boca entries for Player Development Events and Promotions.
- Enters approved player account numbers and dates in wolf mother.
- Delivers completed player registration envelopes to front desk/VIP Check-in for guest check-in, and place appropriate check-in alerts on reservations.
- Maintains guest reservation files by arrive date.
- Downloads and prints event registration reports and junket invoices as needed.
- Prints and affixes labels as needed for shows, mail, and guest arrivals as needed.
- Upholds the Mission Statement – To spread the spirit of rock ‘n roll by creating authentic experiences that rock.
- Represents Hard Rock Biloxi in the most positive manner with guests, co-workers, managers, and vendors.

- Knowledge: The level of education, experience, and training an individual must have at minimum to be considered qualified for the position.
- Skills: Specific skills such as computer usage, communication, 10-key touch, etc.
- Abilities: The physical components of the job and how the physical aspect is accomplished. Example: lifting requirements and physical tasks involved.
- Mississippi Gaming Commission “Gaming Work Permit” is required.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Excellent phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions;
Players Club experience is a plus. - Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, casino and hotel systems).
- Outgoing personality and enjoy dealing with people; ability to have fun while on duty.
