- Greet customers and assess vehicle damage to create accurate repair estimates
- Communicate with insurance companies to ensure proper claim handling
- Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to maintain repair timelines
- Provide exceptional customer service from intake to vehicle delivery
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism
- Prior experience as an estimator in a collision repair setting (I-CAR certification a plus)
- Knowledge of CCC One or similar estimating software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
