Next Gen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Restaurant General Manager at our vibrant location in Gulf Shores. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be at the forefront of our team, leading staff, managing inventory, and implementing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive profitability.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 annually, along with a supportive work culture that prioritizes professional growth and development within the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and staff management
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and service
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Basic understanding of restaurant management software

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred but not required
