Drawing upon your extensive industry knowledge and strong group market experience, you'll lead the sales team in generating leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Proven success as Director of Sales at a lifestyle/upper-upscale hotel or resort with significant group & meetings contribution.
• Ability to perform critical analysis and manage wide range of information.
• Extensive knowledge of negotiating and sales tactics.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of developing and executing sales objectives and strategies required.
• Proven ability to recruit, motivate, train, and retain management and sales team.
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of various software programs, including a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, sales operating systems, social media, and business intelligence applications.
