GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Starbucks) – Target (T2925) role. This description reflects opportunities and requirements for a General Merchandise Expert at Target.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with guests to help solve their needs.
• Assist guests and demonstrate a guest-first culture across the store.
• Support daily operations to achieve goals aligned with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve experiences.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable adult beverage laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance required.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions; roles may include drive-up, carryout, etc.
• Remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts.
