Principal Full Stack Developer

Guildford, UK (Hybrid for 2 days a week)

Contract Duration: 1+ year (with potential for contract-to-hire)

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of modern, scalable web applications. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-performance data visualization platforms and portals, ensuring technical excellence, code quality, and architectural robustness.

• 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in React
  , Redux
  , Webpack
  , and Vite
  .
• Experience developing and scaling web applications in AWS or other cloud environments.
• Backend development experience using Go
  , Python
  , Node.js
  , or Ruby for building RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while guiding and mentoring junior developers when needed.
