Harvey Water Softeners, the UK’s number one water softener company, is looking for a qualified or time‑served domestic plumber to join our rapidly growing team. The role involves installing, servicing and maintaining water softeners in customers’ homes while delivering world‑class customer service.

• Install water softener systems in residential properties.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on installed units.
• Deliver excellent customer service during visits.
• Use technical knowledge to assess site needs and recommend solutions.
• Document installation work and log service calls accurately.

• Licensed or time‑served domestic plumber with a recognised qualification.
• Prior domestic plumbing experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong customer‑service skills and a professional, proactive attitude.
• Technically minded with a willingness to learn product‑specific details.

• Competitive salary: £45,000 per year OTE.
