We are recruiting a driven and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join a busy and successful dealership in Guildford. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced sales environment with strong earning potential.

• Sell new and/or used vehicles in line with monthly targets
• Handle customer enquiries from first contact through to vehicle handover
• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
• Upsell finance, insurance and value-added products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Update and manage the CRM system accurately
• Deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction

• Previous experience in car sales preferred (but not essential for the right candidate)
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional, enthusiastic and customer-focused

• £40,000 - £50,000 OTE
