Senior Recruitment Consultant. Milton Keynes.£35,000 basic, £60,000 OTE with bonuses and commissions  Exceptional Benefits. In your first year, you should realistically earn £15K to £25K above your basic salary. Our recruitment process includes robust psychometric tools, including a tough aptitude test. To finish, you will be a team player who will willingly help and support others and will be looking for a long-term career move within a continuously evolving and changing business.
