We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven New Business Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This is not your typical account management role; it is a unique opportunity for a confident, consultative salesperson who thrives on generating new business while managing a select portfolio of existing clients. You will represent leading-edge Contact Centre (CCaaS) and Unified Communications (UCaaS) solutions from trusted vendors such as Zoom, 8x8, Five9, and Mitel.
Working within a forward‑thinking, customer‑focused technology provider, you will have the autonomy to develop your market and the support to maximise your success.
- Proactively identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities across mid‑market and enterprise sectors.
- Manage and grow a small portfolio of existing customers, ensuring strong relationships and account expansion.
- Understand client challenges and design tailored communication solutions that deliver measurable results.
- Produce high‑quality proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective customers.
- Own and exceed your sales and gross profit targets through effective pipeline and opportunity management.
- Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and customer strategies.
- Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and strategic insights to the senior management team.
- 25 years experience in direct sales, ideally within CCaaS / UCaaS or related communication technology.
- Demonstrable success in closing complex solutions with TCV of £500K.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a proactive and strategic approach to winning new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated, professional, and confident engaging with decision‑makers at all levels.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (some travel required).
