Job Title: Senior Account Manager Location: Guildford (Hybrid – one day a week in the office or at a client site)
Salary: £45,000–£50,000 Basic + OTE up to £90,000+

Role Overview

They are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Account Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong leadership skills, a customer‑centric mindset, and a passion for developing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will secure new clients, generate sales, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively win new business and acquire new customers
  • Develop proposals, reports, and strategic plans to achieve Gross Profit targets
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored products, services, and solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful initiatives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
  • Manage projects, change initiatives, and strategic accounts efficiently
  • Report on account status, opportunities, and forecasts to senior management
  • Represent the company positively and uphold its values at all times
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • Strong decision‑making, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Dynamics
  • Ability to lead teams, multitask, and manage projects effectively
  • Analytical, organized, and detail‑oriented with strong management capabilities
  • Customer‑focused, proactive, assertive, and self‑motivated
