We are recruiting on behalf of a privately‑owned Water Treatment specialist, who have imminent plans for revenue growth. They are seeking a hands‑on and proactive Water Treatment Account / Sales Manager, who can implement successful sales strategies and support continued company success. Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge, and will have a proven track record of winning new business within Water Treatment, Cooling Tower, Steam Boilers and Closed System contracts.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone ambitious who would be interested in moulding and developing an up‑and‑coming outfit within the industry. Salaries on offer are competitive and comes alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

- Must have a successful track record as a Water Treatment Account / Sales Manager
- Strong sales experience and knowledge
- Ability to demonstrate strong knowledge of HSG 274 and ACOP L8 compliance standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional manner
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- Ability to travel in line with company needs
- Using existing industry experience, you will be supporting the overall growth of a medium‑sized Water Treatment outfit
- Identifying new client leads and following up to secure new business
- Highlighting gaps in the business, in which to expand
- Using various sales techniques to on‑board and find new clients
- Monitoring project progress to guarantee
- Ensuring clients are receiving a high level of service
- Meeting with prospective clients to establish their requirements
- Devising thorough growth plans and forecasting for the future
- Meeting with members of management and Directors to discuss progress
- Upselling of services to existing clients
- Producing detailed tenders and quotations for clients
- Being a key point of contact for engineers and clients
