This is a part-time hybrid role for a Residential Building Surveyor based in Guildford and the surrounding areas, with the flexibility to work remotely as required. Looking to supplement their existing work or looking for a more part time role conducting a maximum lf 3 surveys a week. The main responsibilities include conducting residential property surveys, assessing the building's condition, preparing detailed reports, and advising clients on property-related issues.

The role requires adherence to professional standards and a strong commitment to delivering accurate and insightful evaluations.

We privide full administration support, including the desktop research for each propety and access to our report writing software so you can focus soley on the inspection and report.

• Proficiency in Building Surveying and conducting Condition Surveys
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to write clear, professional reports
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Membership in professional surveying RICS at all levels is preferred but SAVA learners welcome to have discussions
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
