The next 3-5 years represents a huge moment of growth and change for us as we finalise a masterplan and embark on nothing short of an estate wide transformation for our 400 acres site.

We're looking for trustees with experience in working with charities through moments of change and growth. As our future will entail large capital works to bring heritage buildings back to public use, experience in this area would also be welcome.
