This commercially minded, dynamic and entrepreneurial Law Firm based in Guildford is currently looking to recruit a creative, highly experienced Marketing Manager to join their team!
You will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, lead generation and market positioning for a fast-paced conveyancing business. This role exists to turn strategy into action, building trust, visibility and sustainable growth in a competitive, referral driven industry.
Working confidently with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, aligning marketing initiatives with company objectives, influencing decision‑making, and ensuring the brand consistently delivers both reputational and revenue impact. This is a hands‑on role, suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys autonomy and understands how to market professional services in a regulated, trust-led sector.

- Developing and delivering a clear marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets
- Managing and optimising digital marketing channels
- Creating compelling content that builds trust and authority
- Driving lead generation activity for both direct clients and referring agents
- Monitoring, analysing and reporting on campaign performance, ROI and pipeline contribution
- Managing brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams, external agencies and suppliers
- Staying informed on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory considerations within conveyancing
- Managing the marketing budget effectively, prioritising high‑impact activity
- Developing and managing internal communications to ensure staff are informed, engaged and aligned with business goals
- Creating internal campaigns to promote new services, process improvements and company initiatives
- Working closely with leadership to communicate company performance, milestones and strategic updates
- Maintaining internal brand standards across presentations, documents and internal platforms
- Supporting recruitment marketing through employer branding, careers content and onboarding materials
- Championing a strong internal brand culture that reflects company values and professionalism

The salary on offer will include a basic of £45,000 to £50,000, plus a bonus incentive.
