This leading conveyancing entrepreneurial business is requiring a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager role will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, lead generation and market positioning for a fast-paced conveyancing business. This role exists to turn strategy into action, building trust, visibility and sustainable growth in a competitive, referral driven industry. With a strong commercial mindset, you’ll own the marketing journey end to end, with a focus on translating marketing activity into clear, measurable business outcomes.
Overview:
Working confidently with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the Marketing Manager will act as a strategic partner to the business – aligning marketing initiatives with company objectives, influencing decision-making, and ensuring the brand consistently delivers both reputational and revenue impact. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy that supports business growth, strengthens partnerships, and enhances referrer engagement.
Working closely with senior leadership, our dedicated sales team, and external partners, you’ll combine creativity with commercial thinking to ensure marketing directly supports revenue and reputation.
This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys autonomy and understands how to market professional services in a regulated, trust-led sector.
Day to Day Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver a clear marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets
• Manage and optimise digital marketing channels
• Create compelling content that builds trust and authority
• Drive lead generation activity for both direct clients and referring agents
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, ROI and pipeline contribution
• Manage brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external agencies and suppliers
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory considerations within conveyancing
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, prioritising high-impact activity
Internal Marketing Responsibilities
• Develop and manage internal communications to ensure staff are informed, engaged and aligned with business goals
• Create internal campaigns to promote new services, process improvements and company initiatives
• Work closely with leadership to communicate company performance, milestones and strategic updates
• Maintain internal brand standards across presentations, documents and internal platforms
• Support recruitment marketing through employer branding, careers content and onboarding materials
• Champion a strong internal brand culture that reflects company values and professionalism
